Nichols Apparel & Co LLC is a small apparel company based out of Oklahoma. These terms and conditions are what make up our contract between customers when they purchase from our store. *Due to high volume of false chargebacks, we created a contract that helps keep our store safe and makes customers informed.

**If you purchase something from us this contract applies to you, the customer, that you know our terms and conditions about buying from us. You have accepted that your purchase is verified by you, the customer aka cardholder.
